Our team is trained to evaluate a range of service providers to ensure that our medical and security network meets the required standard of service that our clients demand when a situation arises. Our in-house team of qualified medical staff includes Doctors, nurses and other medical professionals that are on hand 24/7 to support and advise customers on any medical or security problem and provide an essential link with local medical staff around the world.
Mark Rands is responsible for the corporate and specialty assistance business at Collinson.

Mark Rands is the Head of Intana Global, the corporate and specialty assistance business at Collinson. Mark has spent over 25 years working in assistance and claims. As a Director of Green Flag assistance group he helped to grow their medical assistance operation into the largest in the UK. Mark left in 1996 to establish Specialty Group. Initially specialising in delivering medical assistance and claims to Lloyd’s and the London insurance market, Specialty grew further to provide assistance to a wide range of corporations, affinity groups as well as individual travellers. Mark joined Collinson in 2015 with the acquisition of Specialty Assist.
Gurpreet Sidhu is responsible for Intana Global’s Medical Assistance teams and provision of medical advisory support across Collinson.

Gurp’s focus is on the provision of efficient medical assistance and delivering a safe, patient-centred service for Intana Global’s clients. Having completed his Aeromedical training at RAF Farnborough, Gurp has exceptional experience in Aviation medicine and Aero medical repatriations. Gurp’s expertise also lies in all aspects of assistance case management including the logistics of transfers, as well as the medical aspects of the aviation environment.
Paolo Paredi is responsible for Intana Global’s management of all medical cases.

Paolo’s primary role is to ensure safety and efficiency of medical services for Intana Global all over the world. An experienced consultant chest physician with expertise in Emergency Medicine, he has been involved in case management in travel medicine for the last 18 years and completed more than 1000 commercial repatriations. Paolo also has a PhD in respiratory and internal medicine. He has published over 50 peer-review papers and has written a number of book chapters. His manuscripts have been cited over 2000 times.
Helen Love is responsible for the continued development of Intana Global’s comprehensive global Medical and Assistance Networks.

Helen's focus is on strategic partnerships and collaboration with partner providers to deliver an unrivalled, high quality, global network to meet all customers’ health and travel needs. Helen has exceptional experience in developing and managing high performing partnerships/medical networks internationally. This, together with her in-depth knowledge and understanding of international health care systems, provides the opportunity for Intana Global to build and develop its core offering in the International Health and Travel market.
Randall Gordon-Duff is responsible for Collinson's suite of corporate travel risk solutions.

With 20 years’ in assistance working with Government, Insurers, NGOs and Corporates, Randall has extensive experience in providing medical, security and travel assistance services to organisations whose employees travel and live internationally. At Collinson, Randall has responsibility for a suite of corporate travel risk solutions and for product innovation. He recently developed and launched a unique card-based assistance solution, helping clients address and manage evolving risks and Duty of Care requirements.
Denise Groom is responsible for the commercial team of Intana Global, the corporate medical and security assistance business at Collinson.

Denise’s focus is to develop relationships with new clients and manage existing clients for Intana Global. Denise brings twenty years of experience in the insurance and assistance industry. Prior to joining she was Regional Account Director across South and South East Asia at International SOS. Previous to that Denise undertook senior roles at CIGNA, Europ Assistance and BUPA.
Alexis is the Head of Sales for Intana Global. Along with our team, she has responsibility for the design and implementation of innovative corporate client travel risk solutions.

Alexis has held senior positions in HR and training, PMI, IPMI and Medical Assistance. She is a qualified psychotherapist and brings her expertise in the UK and Global healthcare markets, along with her multi lingual talents to further enhance our client experience.
Peter Cooper is responsible for directing Collinson’s security operations to deliver robust monitoring and crisis response procedures in conjunction with third-party security partners.

This supports our business travel services with comprehensive security advice and forms the backbone of Collinson’s enhanced travel risk management proposition.
Peter previously led a GSOC at a third-party global security consultancy. His experience also includes lead roles in Regional Security Centres for one of the world’s largest medical and travel security services firms, delivering security solutions and evacuation plans in countries such as the Ukraine and Nigeria, and managing security crises and operations for the military police.
